Liked that the pricing was transparent and there was no upselling. The tour guide had an accent which made it a little difficult to understand. But overall, not too bad for the price.

This was a packed and really organized tour. Paul was our tour guide. Very knowledgeable and the sequence are well planned. Paul is very patient dealing with different customers traveling from all over the world. The accommodations are neat, decent and comfortable. Our driver as well was good. We arrived with no issues from point A to point B everyday. I recommend this tour. Attaching pictures of me here revisiting the main attractions of the east coast.

We are family of three. Our guide Alan is expert and smart taking care of each customer. We enjoyed our 4 days tour very much even though we missed Harshey and Yale university tour.

It was a very good tour, the price was not expensive, the guide did not try to sell the tour too much, the room was clean, we stopped at many places. If anyone does not have a private car, we recommend taking a tour, it is very convenient and comfortable. But the tour does not include food, but they will stop at rest stops all the time, so do not be afraid of being hungry. Overall, I was very impressed.

The trip is a bit rushed if you're looking for a chill vacation. Anyway, it's a good deal if you want to visit the falls without spending too many days! Wonderful experiences at the falls!

Hello , we went 3 days Niagara tour with take and tour travel . And our guide was leo qu . I must say he is the best knowledgeable person you will ever met . He is such a nice person . I have never seen such an down to earth person . He gave the best services. Driver was also good .we came home safe . Thank you leo đwe are happy with your service

This is our 5th time using Take Tours and our experience has been great each time. This time our NYC tour guide was Kevin and the remaining trips tour guide was Jason who was just wonderful with his breakdance moves, haha. A big kudos to the driver for driving us for such long distances everyday, safely and smoothly.
We noticed that the hotels this time were a higher standard than our previous times, like four seasons and even Hilton. Except for the last day, our call time everyday was decent around 7:30-8am which was helpful.
We stopped for bathroom breaks every 2hrs like clockwork and both Kevin and Jason showed us the remaining restrooms wherever available. We also stopped for food, our tour guides guided us when to buy which meal based on availability, not a lot of food/healthy food options but enough to last you till you reach the next stop for better food.
I only wish the bus we rode in could be a bit better, the seats were exceptionally small, the luggage compartments were slanted which led to many falling of luggageâs, some of the AC vents didnât work and also the charging ports were loose.
Overall a great trip for the price asked, I only wish we could go to a few more places that were already mentioned in the itinerary, for example Quincy market in Boston where we could have had our lunch.

We took a 2 day tour with Judy to the Niagara Falls. She was very organized and provided good information throughout the tour. The Wyndham hotel mixed up our reservation. I let Judy know about it and the issue was resolved immediately. She was patient with the group and gave plenty of breaks during our tour. We have toured with TakeTours before and I must say they havenât lost a beat. Thanks!
